Aircraft Mechanic / Inspector
Morey Airplane Company is looking for a licensed Airframe and Powerplant mechanic. The business is family owned and operated since 1932, this Fixed Base Operation is located in Middleton Wisconsin, just west of Madison Wisconsin.

Your job will include but not be limited to maintaining company and customer aircraft in an airworthy manner. Conducting general maintenance, 100 hour inspections, and for Inspection authorized mechanics, conducting annual inspections. Additionally you will be working on two charter aircraft maintained to 135 standards, and our 172 aircraft are used for local (within 25 miles) nonstop sightseeing flights. Maintenance on these aircraft is considered safety sensitive. Pre employment, random, and for cause drug testing are a mandatory part of this job.
Our ideal candidate holds a valid Airframe and Powerplant mechanic’s certificate, and has experience working on piston engine aircraft. Inspection Authorized is a plus. You must be able to work with a minimum of supervision, and be detail oriented in your work.
Additionally, we would like to find someone that would be interested and qualified into moving up to a director of maintenance position within the company.

Do you love to be around airplanes? We have good news for you! Morey Airplane Company is in need of a part time line person. This person must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work after school (afternoons) and/or weekends. Main responsibilities include fueling company and transient aircraft which require working outside in extreme temperatures. There will also building cleaning & maintenance involved.
